We want every Franzus Social member to feel good about their membership. Here's how refunds work.
Your $29/month membership is billed on a recurring basis via Whop. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
If you attend your first dinner and feel Franzus Social isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund your first month's membership fee — no questions asked. This applies to your first month only.
The cost of food and drinks at each dinner is separate from your membership fee and is split between attending members on the night. These costs are non-refundable once incurred.
If you confirm attendance at a dinner and need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible — ideally 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations affect the table and the other members attending.
If something unexpected happens and you'd like to discuss your situation, we're human — just reach out. We'll do our best to find a fair outcome.
